I really like the DAJ brushes...I think I've bought most of the store now, actually! They allow me to create different textures. I'm still making my way through the tutorials, but for someone who doesn't know a lot about digital art, the brushes are easy to use.
great artist bundle, high quality and subtle brushes . Love rendering of watercolor, markers and oil brush sets. I have a lot of bush packs, but I think to have painterly effect brush, the artist bundle is the ONE! I'm very pleased to have bought this artist bundle.thank you Anna
It would be even more perfect if I had a brush with a sandier effect and that leaves the watermark in the corners.
I haven’t had the chance to try out all the brushes to their full potential yet. But from what I’ve tested and played around, I can tell a great care went into making them. I certainly don’t regret buying the bundle!
I have almost all DAJ brushsets and i LOVE them. They are great! Combining them allowed me to upgrade the quality of my digital drawings, i feel much more comfortable than with the regular procreate default brushes and now i can achieve more realistic finishes!
The variety of brushes in the artist bundle is awesome. Even if you are purely looking for a specific traditional medium I feel it's worth grabbing the entire bundle for the options. I haven't used them all long term yet but in the testing phase of seeing what each brush can do I'm really satisfied with the effects you get. Especially from the painting brushes (oils/watercolors). Finding something that gives me the effect of paint textures and blending has always been tricky and I never expect it to be perfect. These brushes hit the spot for something that gives enough of both texture and blending to give me something a little more traditional feeling in the strokes.
I begun using Procreate recently, and came across Digital Art Junky and YouTube and saw their brushes and decided to purchase them. The Artist Bundle adds new depth to my art and am quite pleased with them.
Loving these brushes so far. They have definitely elevated my coloring game :) love the watercolor and guoche ones best
Phenomenal, looks like actual oil painting especially with the canvas paper. You will know it will be worth it if you plan to pursue art.
Outside of my Cybersecurity training, I'm learning 3D sculpting and mastering Procreate. Anna, love your business. The brushes, color palettes, etc., and the mastery. Thank you, copped 2 more brushes today! In the process of changing my life, but ART will always be in my heart ❤️
Loved this so much it was super super super helpful as a first time user. There are so many features that would take so much longer to figure out on your own. Only suggestion would be to switch the order of the modules so the drawing came before the blend modes and enhancements. I started going in order but felt somewhat frustrated going through the blend modes at first when I wasn’t sure how to utilize the drawing features myself so I ended up doing module 4 before finishing 2 and 3. My favorite part was doing the start to finish pieces and would love to do more if you have them available! Thanks for a great course!
i really love them! i am still learning all the brushes and finding out my size preference and more.
There is a lot of information in this course. At first, The pace and the amount of information made it hard to keep up. Somewhere in the series, I gave up on focusing on details and just watched and listened. The result was that I got a “big picture” of how things worked, and I’m assuming as I have specific questions, I’ll have the terminology to do searches, or, to come back and review segments of the videos. The cheat sheets provided offer a very good set of references.
At 77, I just took up art and digital artwork a few years ago. Creating dimensionality in artwork is still my holy grail. When I learn more about some of the basic concepts of developing digital art, knowledge like that in the video will be a lot more helpful.
Ms. “Digital Art Junky” is a very passionate teacher who knows a lot about art and Procreate. I love passionate people. A long time ago, I was in education. I’ve always felt that it takes time to become the best version of yourself as a teacher. It’s like being a comedian or anything else where you’re moving ideas at a group, it takes experience to get the right sense of timing, to figure out the right size of chunks to dole ideas/knowledge to the audience, or to refine your techniques to make clearer pictures to help with others absorbing what you have to say. All this said, I have no doubt that each successive class will only get better. But for me, this class was just fine. Very helpful.
